Search.Blossom Site Search offers best-in-class searching for Web sites. The cost for the basic service start at $10/month. It includes:
- Indexing of 1000 Web pages from one or more sites (for larger indexes, the cost is $5 for each additional 750 pages)
- Weekly updating of the index
- Log of current and historical search terms delivered weekly via email
- Fully customizable search form and customizable results
- 10,000 searches per month
- Site auditing at a 25% discount. InSearch, intranet search software, at a 10% discount.
These optional features are available:
- Index partitions. An index may be divided into sections, each separately searchable. (cost: $5/month for each partition).
- Daily update. Daily, instead of weekly, updating of the search index. (cost: 25% of the cost of weekly update)
- No byline. The "Search results by Blossom Software" byline is removed from the search results page. (cost: $10/month)
- Secure search. Access via https for private search results. (cost: $10/month)

The fine print: Accounts are billed either quarterly or yearly. In determining page count, only text files (e.g., .HTML, .TXT, .PDF) are counted. Duplicate pages are counted as one. For files larger than 250KB, each 250KB, or fraction of 250KB, counts as one page. Indexes with more than 1000 pages are billed at $5/month for each additional 750 pages or fraction of 750 pages. Updating of an index can be triggered on demand. The charge for each additional update is $2.50. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
